2010-08-24 -- Alon Kossonogi is part of the family that established the Yigal Allon Museum. In fact his grandfather was Yigal Allon and he was part of the core team that brought about the founding of the State of Israel. The museum was established in Kibbutz Ginosar in honor of Allon.  2010-04-20 -- The 2000-year-old Jesus Boat was discovered twenty-four years ago in the Sea of Galilee by two area fishermen. Today, thousands travel to this small Israeli village every year from around the world just to visit the boat.
The boat’s discovery and excavation was a bittersweet mix of amazing miracles and seemingly insurmountable challenges, including opposition from neighboring villagers.
