Christian News and Media Agency Did Howard Dean Write The Ahmadinejad Letter? By By Bill Wilson , Daily Jot News Service Senior Analyst 2006-11-30 -- WDC Media News -- WASH—Nov 30—DJNS--The leader of the foremost sponsor of terrorism in the world, Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has written a letter to the American people trying to sound reasonable and to coerce American public opinion to essentially reverse course in American foreign policy. If not for Ahmadinejad’s signature on the letter, it could have been signed by any Democratic leader from Nancy Pelosi to Ted Kennedy to Dick Durbin to Charles Schumer. In fact, Ahmadinejad’s letter reads as if it were taken from the Democratic Party’s website. Before I go any further, I want you to know that this is not a political column, it is one that is showing the tangible evidence that one of America’s political parties is in more agreement with the terrorist concept of the world than with those who wish to fight terrorism. Ahmadinejad struck Democratic Party themes throughout his letter. He reviewed the liturgy of criticisms of the Bush Administration—there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq; the American people are losing their civil rights in order to fight terrorism; the Bush Administration has concealed the truth and blocks any portrayal of current realities; Palestinian mothers love their children and have a right to their homeland; the support of Israel at the expense of a Palestinian homeland is wrong; the Bush Administration is kidnapping people and holding them without trial; It is time for America to pull out of Iraq—these are just a few of Ahmadinejad’s themes. Now American’s must judge for themselves where their elected politicians stand with regard to terrorism, but virtually the same verbiage is used by the liberals in the United States as is used by those who are the most egregious perpetrators of civil rights violations and terrorism in the world. If this does not demonstrate to the American people that this war on terror is far reaching and that it must be taken seriously, nothing will save this nation from ultimate defeat, save God Himself. Americans and the Western nations must wake up to the fact that if they follow the spineless appeasers of the left, they will eventually be enslaved under the banner of Islam. The United States is at a dire crossroads. The Bush Administration appears to be caving in to a misinformed, ignorant and manipulated public opinion by wavering on the war on terror and backing away from supporting Israel , our only ally in the Middle East . Meantime, the terrorist forces are waging an effective propaganda campaign swallowed hook line and sinker by liberal politicians and the mainstream news media.
