TV and radio producers are only interested in guests or segments themes that will produce high ratings. Keep in mind that producers do not care about issues, causes or what it is that you're promoting. That is not their job. Their job is to supply their viewers or listeners with interesting guests that have something relevant to say about a topic or a current affair (hot topic) in the news.
